You’ll find the stability of a global organization and the agility of one that’s actively expanding — a place where your career can accelerate alongside the business. If you want to move forward with a company that brings its people with it — Fuller is where that happens.

About the role:

The Regional Head of Procurement leads procurement activities for an assigned region, supporting sales and order execution through effective purchasing, supplier management, expediting, and logistics coordination. This role provides leadership and direction to regional procurement teams and partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure competitive costs, timely delivery, quality, and effective risk management. The position leads the implementation of regional procurement strategies, policies, and initiatives.

Your responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop regional procurement teams, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure effective performance and alignment with business needs.
  • Establish and execute regional procurement priorities and initiatives in alignment with business objectives, regional strategies, and global procurement direction.
  • Oversee purchasing activities across the region to meet business requirements for cost, quality, delivery, and risk.
  • Lead pricing and sourcing activities for proposals and projects, including supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, and strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships and performance across domestic and international suppliers, including strategic suppliers and key sourcing partners.
  • Oversee purchase orders, supplier acknowledgements, expediting, and delivery activities to support sales and order execution requirements.
  • Partner with regional and business leaders on strategic and tactical procurement matters and ensure appropriate procurement involvement in sales and project activities.
  • Identify and deliver cost savings, sourcing improvements, supplier optimization, and other procurement initiatives across the region.
  • Drive standardization, process efficiency, resource optimization, and adoption of procurement best practices across regional operations.
  • Implement and maintain procurement policies, processes, controls, and reporting requirements in alignment with regional and global standards.
  • Monitor regional procurement KPIs and performance, providing analysis, recommendations, and updates to regional and global leadership.
  • Collaborate with global procurement and cross‑functional teams to implement category strategies, sourcing initiatives, and procurement programs within the region.
  • Assess regional procurement risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies related to suppliers, costs, capacity, quality, delivery, and business continuity.
  • Develop procurement talent through effective people management, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Support procurement activities across additional assigned markets or countries when required.
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure safe practices within procurement and related operational activities.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
You bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain, ideally in a manufacturing or engineered equipment environment.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including leading, developing, and coaching procurement teams.
  • Strong background in strategic sourcing, procurement strategy, supplier management, and cost improvement.
  • Experience managing international procurement activities across multiple countries, markets, or business units.
  • Strong experience working with domestic and international suppliers, including negotiation and supplier relationships.
  • Good commercial and technical understanding, with the ability to understand manufacturing processes and, ideally, engineering drawings.
  • Strong negotiation, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills, with a practical and business‑focused approach.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and organizational levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
