Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a seasoned Head of Regional Procurement for the EMEA region. You will lead regional procurement teams, drive supplier management, and manage strategic sourcing across multiple markets to ensure competitive costs and timely delivery.

A strong focus on risk management and governance will guide regional initiatives. The role demands 10+ years in procurement, proven leadership, and a deep commercial-technical understanding of manufacturing and engineering draws.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost improvement.
• Experience managing international procurement across multiple countries and markets.
• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional procurement teams with coaching and support.
• Set regional procurement priorities aligned with business objectives and global direction.
• Oversee regional purchasing to meet cost, quality, delivery, and risk requirements.
• Lead pricing and sourcing for proposals and projects, including supplier evaluation and negotiations.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships across domestic and international suppliers.
• Oversee POs, supplier acknowledgements, expediting, and delivery activities.
• Collaborate with regional and business leaders on strategic procurement matters.
• Identify cost savings and procurement improvements across the region.
• Drive standardization and best practices in regional operations.
• Implement procurement policies, controls, and reporting aligned with global standards.
• Monitor regional KPIs and report to leadership.
