Zusammenfassung

Velux Deutschland GmbH in Østbirk seeks a Head of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to lead a team of PLM Specialists and own the roadmap, architecture governance and continuous improvement of our PLM platforms (Windchill, Creo, AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS). You will report to the Director of Product Data & Systems and collaborate across Product Development, Operations & Supply and IT.

You will balance technical leadership with people management, shape PLM platform direction, and coordinate releases

Qualifikationen

• Extensive PLM experience in manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Ability to lead and develop a PLM team and translate business needs into priorities.
• Strong understanding of BOM architectures (EBOM/DBOM/MBOM) and CAD-ERP integration.
• Ability to drive architecture governance and platform stability.
• Experience with agile/scrum delivery models and external partner collaboration.
