Job summary

Jupiter Bach seeks a Product Lifecycle Management Lead to own the development of our PLM strategy and data governance. You will connect engineering, manufacturing and IT to enable integrated product information across the lifecycle.

You will define future directions, implement scalable data principles, and drive improvements in data quality and automation. This role spans global operations and multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLM, PDM, or configuration management in industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to translate business and engineering requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong understanding of product master data, BOM structures and lifecycle management.
• Experience working across engineering, manufacturing and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern Jupiter Bach’s product data ecosystem across the organisation.
• Define and implement the global PLM strategy, roadmap and system architecture.
• Create governance for product master data and documentation standards.
• Ensure data flows between Dynamics 365 BC, SharePoint and engineering tools.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and IT.
