Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Head of Productivity and Processes within Wind Power Technology. You will lead the department responsible for engineering processes and tools, collaborating with TE platforms, PLM owners, and cross-functional teams to define and optimize how we work across Technology and PLM.

You will drive organizational efficiency, ensure process compliance, and support training for end users while managing a dedicated team of managers and ICs through PLM initiatives and process

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership across senior teams in a complex environment.
• Strong experience with PLM processes and tooling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Track record of driving tool-heavy process improvements.
• Experience leading leaders for 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers and individual contributors to develop, maintain, and improve PLM engineering processes and tools.
• Provide process expertise to solve TE platform and module pain points and improve ways of working.
• Contribute to the TS leadership team and advance Technology Services’ mission.
• Drive efficiency by improving how we work with a focus on business value and productivity.
