Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Product Manager with a strong emphasis on Wind Power and SCADA systems. You will bridge business needs with agile development teams, translating wind farm operator challenges into scalable digital solutions.

You will own strategic and operational priorities, maintain a pragmatic balance between innovation and cost, and drive value through collaboration with Engineers and Service organizations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on understanding of wind farm operations and the challenges faced by operators and service organizations.
• Proven experience in Product Management or similar roles across strategic and operational domains.
• Strong business mindset with focus on cost efficiency, maintainability, and pragmatic decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business domains.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business domains
