Siemens Energy invites an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the 7.X onshore wind platform development. You will own the integrated program plan, manage critical paths, milestones, risks, and budgets to ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule commitments.

Travel will be required up to 40% to various locations and cross-functional teams. You will align Chief Engineers and Module Program Managers, drive governance, and report progress to the Head of Platform, ensuring business

Competenze

• Extensive experience leading complex product development programs or large engineering projects in the wind industry (OEM).
• Fluency in PLM@WIND governance and proven cross-functional leadership.

Mansioni

• Lead the 7.X program from concept to market introduction, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Drive program governance, milestone planning, gate readiness, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Chief Engineers and Module Program Managers to deliver program milestones.
