HydraSpecma seeks a Technical Manager to lead Lubrication, R&D and Test in Skjern. You will combine people leadership with hands-on technical direction to ensure projects deliver value for customers and align with HydraSpecma’s strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Technology, you’ll shape priorities, manage budgets, and collaborate with universities and external partners to push knowledge into future solutions.
