Head of Engineering | Tech Start-up | Copenhagen

I'm currently partnering with a venture-backed technology company in Copenhagen that’s looking for a Head of Engineering to join its leadership team.

The business has already built a strong engineering foundation and has a team of experienced senior developers in place. They're now looking for someone who can help the team scale effectively, improve delivery, and act as the bridge between engineering and the founders.

This is a role for someone who enjoys creating clarity in fast-moving environments, building high-performing teams, and helping organisations navigate the challenges that naturally come with start-up growth.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and supporting a team of 5 senior software engineers
• Acting as the link between engineering and company leadership
• Driving improvements in engineering processes, planning, and delivery
