Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Director Operations/MST - Data to shape how data and AI create value across Manufacturing and Supply Chain. You will start as an individual contributor with plans to build a team once aligned with the business, partnering with senior leaders to translate priorities into actionable data initiatives.

You will help define a clear data and AI vision for operations, deliver measurable outcomes, and collaborate with product, engineering, and Data Office teams.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear data and AI vision for the operational domain, aligned to leadership priorities.
• Create a prioritised roadmap with sponsored business cases and measurable outcomes.
• Establish early proof points demonstrating the value of data and AI in real business scenarios.
• Build strong partnerships across Data Office, product, engineering, and AI teams.
• Shape the domain's data landscape, identifying opportunities, gaps, and improvements.
• Develop an operating model and capability plan for a future embedded data organisation.
