Job summary

Nordea is seeking an experienced Head of Customer Communication to lead a team of communication specialists supporting Personal Banking, Business Banking and Private Banking in Denmark. You will align customer-focused messaging with internal communications, stakeholder needs and strategic priorities across GBCM and Digital Sales.

The role requires senior leadership, strategic thinking and a track record of delivering impactful communications that strengthen the Nordea brand and customer

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a communications professional with leadership experience of at least 4 years.
• Fluent in Danish (speaking and writing).
• Strong expertise in customer communication and customer journeys.
• Experience with internal communications, change and leadership communication.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for a highly skilled communications team and act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across the business.
• Create measurable value for customers, employees, the business and the Nordea brand through compelling communications.
• Lead and energise the team with clear priorities and strong execution.
• Drive smarter working methods, leveraging AI, data and insights to improve quality and impact.
• Manage incidents and crisis communications with timely, coherent messaging.
