LEGO Brand Retail seeks an experienced Adult Engagement & Fan Programs Director to shape strategy for engaging adults and our global fan base. You will strengthen governance for LEGO Certified Professional Program and drive broader adult engagement initiatives.

You will align Marketing, Consumer Insights, Communications, Legal and Privacy around a global fan strategy and build compelling business cases for investment.

Qualifications

• Led business strategy for fandom or ecosystem programmes.
• Used fan insights to set priorities and success measures for fandom programmes and direct-to-consumer ecosystems.
• Evolved governance and value proposition of a global fan programme.
• Aligned global stakeholders across Marketing, Consumer Insights, Communications, Legal and Privacy around a global programme.
• Built business and value cases for investment in global fan programmes.
• Connect fan engagement with brand priorities and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability across a matrixed organisation to strengthen the LEGO Certified Professional Program governance and measures.
• Define and articulate a compelling value proposition balancing LEGO Group value with fan authenticity and trust.
• Translate strategy into delivery by mobilising internal partners and maintaining momentum.
• Turn fan signals into clear choices for engagement, product and brand decisions.
• Create shared priorities and stronger knowledge sharing across teams.
