SkyPoint in Kolding is seeking an entry-level concierge to deliver welcoming, professional guest service and support residents. You will greet guests, assist with reservations, check-ins/outs, and share local information while keeping lobby areas tidy and inviting.

The role focuses on developing customer service skills, with opportunities for growth, and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English, other languages are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Friendly attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle reservation requests, check-ins and check-outs
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options and transportation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas
• Monitor guest requests for housekeeping or maintenance services
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
