Job summary

25hours Hotel Indre By in København seeks a part-time Front Office Receptionist to welcome guests from check-in to check-out. You’ll stay calm during busy periods, ensure a smooth shift handover, and keep the Front Office area immaculate.

Fluent English and prior hotel guest service and administration experience are required. You’ll be comfortable working day and evening shifts, including Christmas and New Years Eve, and you'll be joining Ennismore’s vibrant hospitality family.

Qualifications

• Completed training in the hotel business.
• Experience in guest service and administration.
• Fluent English.
• Inspires colleagues and guests.
• Available to greet guests during Christmas and New Years Eve.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are happy from check-in to departure.
• Maintain composure during peak check-in times.
• Prepare shift materials and ensure Front Office area is clean.
• Work both day and evening shifts; occasional night shifts.
• Begin from 1st December.
