Job summary

25hours Hotel Indre By in Copenhagen is seeking a part-time Front Office Receptionist. You’ll welcome guests from check-in to departure with enthusiasm, keeping your cool when busy and ensuring the Front Office is tidy and organized for each shift.

You’ll work a mix of day and evening shifts, with occasional night hours, starting from December 1st. English fluency is essential, and hospitality training plus guestservice experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Completed a course of training in the hotel business.
• Gained professional experience within guestservice and administration.
• Speak English fluently.
• Can inspire fellow staff and guests, know your way around town with tips for partying.
• Available to greet guests during Christmas and New Years Eve.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure enthusiastic welcome.
• Stay calm and composed during peak check-in times.
• Prepare the shift and ensure Front Office area is clean and ready.
• Work on both day and evening shifts, with occasional night hours.
