25hours Hotel Indre By in Copenhagen invites a welcoming Front Office receptionist who thrives on guest happiness from check-in to departure. You will support an enthusiastic team, keep calm under busy check-in surges, prepare shifts, and help maintain a spotless Front Office area.

We value personality, hospitality training, and the ability to share tips about town. The role allows flexible scheduling, part-time options, and staff events within a vibrant Ennismore family.

Qualifications

• You speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• At the reception, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic
• You’ll always keep your cool – even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
• You’ll get everything ready for the shift, and round it off with the Front Office fully cleaned up
• You’ll be scheduled both on the day and the evening team to really support allround and work occasionally nights as well
• You’ll start showing your skills with us from 1st of December

The 25hours Hotel Indre By has its home in the middle of the Scandinavian metropolis. Art and knowledge are at the forefront in an exciting combination, as the hotel housed a porcelain factory in the 19th century and was later used as a university building. The hotel is centrally located between the Round Tower and the Kobmagergade shopping street. We encourage new ideas and creativity to be actively involved in developing our hotel. From check-in to “See you again”:

our team at the 25hours Hotel Indre By reception will ensure guests are happy from their first moment there till their last. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the Front Office as our new Receptionist.

How does your working day look like …

• At the reception, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic
