Usercentrics is seeking a Manager, GTM Systems & Innovation to shape and govern its Salesforce-driven GTM stack. You will lead a small team across Salesforce administration, architecture, and GTM engineering, delivering AI-native workflows to improve pipeline quality, forecasting, and customer experience.

Responsibilities include owning data hygiene, attribution, and system changes, while partnering with Finance, Product, and GTM Enablement to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RevOps, Salesforce administration and GTM systems ownership.
• Experience leading a technical team in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on Salesforce expertise, including automation and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM architecture and governance end-to-end within Salesforce for all GTM motions.
• Set roadmap and standards for the wider GTM tech stack and tie investments to business outcomes.
• Lead and grow a small team across Salesforce administration, architecture, and GTM engineering.
