Cernel is building a founder-led brand and is handing that job to you. You’ll own our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube—from zero and grow it with the founders and commercial team.

This is not a one-off videos task; it’s about growing our audience and proving results. You’ll pitch formats, run weekly recording sessions, cut and caption clips for all platforms, and build a reusable playbook with clear metrics.

Qualifications

• Wants to grow social channels across four platforms.
• Able to learn editing or already edit short-form video.
• Self-driven with ownership mindset.
• Eligible for Erasmus placement or internship.
• Bonus: experience with performance marketing or growing a channel you own.

Responsibilities

• Own growth targets for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Pitch and decide formats; test hooks and run experiments.
• Run weekly recording sessions with the founders and team.
• Cut, caption, publish clips across all platforms using AI where helpful.
• Build a playbook of what works and report on key metrics.
