Job summary

Cernel ApS is seeking a self-driven creator growth advocate to own our social media presence on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more. You’ll transform raw footage into compelling clips and build a scalable playbook for growth.

You’ll run weekly shoots, experiment with hooks, and report on what drives engagement. This internship-friendly role offers hands-on learning and potential for broader growth opportunities within the startup.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work with TikTok/Reels/Shorts audiences.
• Able to edit short-form video or quickly learn editing tools.
• Self-motivated and scoreboard-driven attitude.
• Honest, a bit unpolished, aligns with the brand persona.
• Erasmus or university internship setup accepted.

Responsibilities

• Own growth targets for our social channels across platforms.
• Pitch formats, test hooks, run experiments and iterate.
• Lead weekly recording sessions with creators and prep hooks.
• Cut, caption and publish clips on four platforms using AI tools.
• Build a playbook of winners and report what moves the numbers.
