Job summary

Mercive is expanding its marketing consultancy in Copenhagen, seeking a Director of Marketing to lead strategy, client growth and P&L for a six-person team. You will set the offering, win new business and shape the department's future.

You will connect marketing with Mercive's technology and operations to deliver integrated growth plans for Shopify-focused brands across the Nordics. Fluency in Danish and English is required, with a track record of scaling teams and revenue.

Qualifications

• Led a marketing or performance team with responsibility for results and budget.
• Proficient in paid social, paid search, CRM and SEO to guide specialists.
• Proven track record of pitching and winning new business.
• Experienced with P&L ownership and department economics.
• Built or scaled teams and defined growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy for the marketing department, including offering, positioning, and pricing.
• Define growth strategies across paid social, paid search, CRM and SEO and adapt to AI changes.
• Connect marketing with technology, experience and operations to deliver unified client plans.
