Job summary

Demant’s Executive Office & Corporate Strategy is seeking a driven professional to shape and steer Group Services initiatives. You will work at the nexus of strategy, transformation, and execution, simplifying complexity and enabling scalable ways of working across IT, HR, Finance, Legal and Corporate Functions.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in business/strategy/economics or related field.
• Experience in management consulting, transformation, PMO, project management, or strategy execution is preferred.
• Strong analytical and structuring capabilities, turning complexity into actionable plans.
• Excellent PowerPoint and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and project manage strategic initiatives across Group Services.
• Support strategy execution with progress transparency, risk, and outcomes across functions.
• Prepare leadership materials including executive presentations and decision materials.
• Occasionally participate in Leadership Team meetings to support alignment and execution.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment to drive organizational development and change.
• Create a coherent and seamless experience when engaging with Group Services across functions.
