Job summary

Demant Group Services seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to shape the future HR partnering across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into organization, capabilities, leadership and workforce necessary to deliver it.

This role leads 3 HR BPs and collaborates across IT, Finance, HR, and Corporate Functions to drive transformation, simplify processes and build scalable operating models. You will report to the Senior Vice President, Global HR.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP with international experience and ability to influence across functions.
• Proven skills in organizational design and transformation.
• Experience developing HRBP capabilities across a global organization.
• Analytical thinker who translates data into actions for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Enable transformation – translate ambitions into organizational change and value realization.
• Drive organizational effectiveness – reduce complexity and align roles and accountability.
• Build future capabilities – lead workforce planning to meet the Group Services strategy.
• Strengthen leadership effectiveness – advise leaders on leadership-team dynamics and engagement.
• Strengthen HRBP across Demant – align approach and ensure consistency across entities.
• Build HR partnering capability – share practices and grow collective capabilities.
• Turn people data into action – drive reporting and link to people targets.
