Job summary

Gram Equipment's Graduate Program offers a 24-month immersive experience with four rotations across mechanical engineering and commercial business, exposing you to real projects and cross-functional teams.

You’ll gain mentorship from a senior leader, access to the Gram Academy for continuous development, and an international six-month rotation in Turkey or the US, preparing you to lead global initiatives within our ice cream and dairy technology platforms.

Program Overview:

Our Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity for candidates with diverse backgrounds to gain a well-rounded experience in our organization. The program spans a duration of 24 months, divided into four rotations of six months each. This structure ensures that participants gain a comprehensive understanding of both mechanical engineering and commercial aspects of our business.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who have or will graduate either in 2026 or in 2027, and who meet the following criteria:

• Mechanical Engineering Background with Commercial Interest: Candidates with a mechanical engineering background who possess a strong interest in commercial business and project management.
• Commercial Engineering Background with Mechanical Engineering Interest: Candidates with a commercial/business-oriented Engineering background who are keen to explore the world of mechanical engineering.

• Mentorship: Participants will have the opportunity to work closely with a personal mentor from our global management team, offering valuable insights and guidance throughout the program.
• Continuous Development: Gram Equipment is committed to fostering the growth and development of its talent. Participants will have access to the Gram Academy, a platform dedicated to ongoing learning and skill development.
• International Rotation: Possibility for an international 6 month rotation in either our Turkish or US location.
