Job summary

DFDS invites recent graduates to join the two-year DFDS Graduate Programme starting in September 2027. You will rotate across different areas of the Ferry Division, beginning at our Copenhagen headquarters, with a mandatory international rotation at one of our European hubs.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a master’s degree by Sept 2027.
• Preferred fields: maritime studies, supply chain, freight forwarding, logistics, sustainability, business, finance, engineering.
• No more than two years of full-time work experience after master’s degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• International mindset and willingness to work across cultures and locations.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotations across the Ferry Division, starting at Copenhagen HQ.
• Undertake a mandatory international rotation at an European hub.
• Final rotation tailored to skills and business needs.
• Engage with operational and commercial teams and build industry knowledge.
