Job summary

DFDS is offering an internship in Copenhagen to shape the Freight Digital Customer Journey. You will work across Self-Service, Contact Center Platform, and Control Tower pillars to support transformation initiatives within Global Freight Customer Service.

You will gain hands-on exposure to large-scale business changes, digital product development, and data-driven decision making in an international setting. CBS students are encouraged to apply for a September 2027 start.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BSc International Shipping & Trade at Copenhagen Business School.
• Available to intern starting September 2027.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a curiosity for digital freight transformations.
• Interest in working across digital self-service, platform, and control-tower initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist projects along the customer journey to drive digitisation and standardisation across DFDS Ferry domain.
• Support planning, coordination, and follow-up on key transformation initiatives.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Coordinate with local DFDS offices and frontline customer service teams to roll out digitalisation initiatives.
• Assist with end-to-end process explorations, analyses, and building business cases.
