Job summary

DFDS invites recent graduates to join a two-year Finance Graduate Programme starting in September 2027. The programme begins at our Copenhagen HQ, with a mandatory international rotation at one of our European hubs, and a final rotation tailored to you.

Throughout the programme you will gain exposure to business partnering, forecasting, reporting and strategic initiatives across DFDS, while benefiting from dedicated mentorship and a strong graduate network.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a relevant master’s degree by Sept 2027.
• Gained relevant experience through a student job, internship, exchange programme or other activities.
• No more than two years of full-time professional experience after completing your master’s degree.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team players who enjoy working with others and creating impact.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn and develop professionally.
• Have an international mindset and are excited about working across cultures and locations.

Responsibilities

• Support business performance analysis and partner with stakeholders across functions and markets.
• Contribute to forecasting and planning processes, helping identify opportunities and areas requiring analysis.
• Work with financial reporting, consolidation, accounting, and performance management.
• Develop KPI reporting and management insights to support business decisions.
• Deliver analyses and recommendations to management, highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Gain exposure to strategic projects, investments, and initiatives supporting DFDS growth.
