Job summary

Terma Group in Søborg, Denmark, invites an experienced FPGA Developer to join a GNSS-based SDR project. You will design, implement and verify FPGA functionality, working closely with platform architects and embedded software developers.

The role blends hands-on FPGA engineering with system-level integration and cross-disciplinary collaboration, delivering reliable, high‑performance GNSS solutions for defense and aerospace.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with hands-on FPGA experience (≥5 years).
• Experience handling asynchronous clock-domain crossings in complex designs.
• Familiarity with metastability mitigation and analysis methods.
• Experience with pipelining, DSP resources and embedded memory.
• Strong understanding of complex arithmetic, frequency-domain analysis and DSP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and verify FPGA functionality, including testbench development.
• Implement signal-processing algorithms in FPGA.
• Design and manage asynchronous clock-domain crossings.
• Apply metastability mitigation techniques and analysis methods.
• Use pipelining, DSP resources and embedded memory in FPGA implementations.
• Collaborate with platform architect and embedded software developers on GNSS SDR solution.
