Job summary

Xellia Pharmaceuticals Copenhagen is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support GMP compliance and documentation across Finished Goods and Raw Materials warehouses. You will work with our Global End-to-End Planning team to maintain quality and regulatory standards in daily operations.

The role emphasizes structured documentation, audits, and collaboration with multiple departments. You will gain broad exposure to quality systems, site procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with document handling and compliance activities
• Knowledge of EHS, GDP, GMP/GxP and compliance expectations relevant to pharmaceutical warehousing and distribution
• Good working knowledge of Excel; ERP systems experience is an advantage
• Confident written and spoken English and Danish

Responsibilities

• Create and update quality documents related to distribution and warehouse operations and act as coordinator and, over time, Super User in myProcess
• Handle deviations and CAPAs and prepare relevant change controls in TrackWise
• Support temperature mapping of warehouse areas together with Technical Services and other relevant colleagues
• Coordinate training for the Warehouses, maintain learning profiles and curricula, and support the Learning Management System as department administrator/super-user
• Support internal and customer audits as well as regulatory inspections related to Warehouse operations and GDP
• Act as backup for temperature evaluations in Xellia’s Data Logger Management System and participate in relevant projects and ad hoc activities
