Job summary

Rockfon’s Digital Products team seeks a certified Project Manager who specializes in web content, digital journeys, and content migration across 15+ markets. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage content pipelines, and drive agile workflows to deliver on our digital ambitions.

In this role you’ll partner with Marketing, UX/UI, and Local Marketing Managers, ensuring timely go-live readiness and high-quality content delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in project management within web content creation and content migration.
PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
Experience with Storyblok CMS and translation tools.
Strong branding, digital journeys and user experience understanding.
Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with detailed plans.
Own the web content pipeline and guide content creators.
Lead agile ceremonies and drive improvements for current and future projects.
Bridge between Marketing, UX/UI, Content Implementations and Local Marketing Managers.
Coordinate with Product Owner on content requirements for new components.
Conduct QA/testing to maintain high quality and consistency.
Design templates and processes for cross-functional collaboration.
Apply data-driven analytics to track performance and report status.
