Danfoss is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive digital brand content and performance across global channels. You will partner with branding, communications, and business stakeholders to optimize the online presence and deliver measurable impact.

You will manage campaigns across channels, develop SEO-focused content, and leverage marketing automation tools to improve engagement, traffic, and conversions, while collaborating with global teams to align initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience planning and optimizing omnichannel digital campaigns.
Hands-on CMS and web analytics knowledge, including GA and GSC.
Proficient in paid media, SEO, and GEO optimization.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

Plan, activate, and optimize brand and digital campaigns across key channels, including the global website, social media, LinkedIn Ads, paid search, and marketing automation platforms.
Contribute to development and improvement of content hubs and website sections with a focus on SEO, GEO, content structure, and user experience.
Monitor and analyze website, campaigns, and KPI performance to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across global branding, marketing, and communications teams to align digital initiatives.
