Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital Content Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver content initiatives across ey.com and related platforms. You will translate priorities into structured project plans, align regional teams and drive efficiencies through AI-enabled workflows.

You’ll work on governance, publishing, optimization and transformation programs, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital content, web, marketing operations or business transformation initiatives in a complex global environment.
• Strong understanding of the digital content lifecycle: creation, optimization, publishing, governance and retirement.
• Working knowledge of enterprise content management and marketing platforms (AEM, Marketo).
• Experience leveraging AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital content initiatives and publishing process improvements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across regional teams and stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Monitor progress, risks and issues, driving resolution and escalation where needed.
• Ensure governance standards throughout the content lifecycle and editorial processes.
• Identify opportunities to adopt AI and automation to improve productivity and scale content operations.
• Partner with business and technology to pilot and implement new tools and processes.
• Lead workflow optimization initiatives to simplify processes and drive adoption of AI-assisted capabilities.
• Drive change management activities for new tools and operating models.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports to support transparency.
