Job summary

ECCO SKO A/S in Bredebro (Denmark) is seeking a Global Warehouse Process Manager to shape and elevate our warehousing capabilities. You will implement standardised end-to-end warehouse processes, create a performance framework with KPIs, and map a 3-year roadmap for global improvements across insourced and outsourced warehouses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within warehousing, logistics or distribution operations.
• Experience driving process optimisation, standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives in complex organisations.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP, BI tools, Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage.
• A relevant degree and professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve warehouse processes globally in collaboration with colleagues across logistics, finance and operations.
• Develop a global warehouse process framework and KPI benchmarking for maturity and performance.
• Lead tendering, contract activities and manage relationships with 3PL providers.
• Drive logistics projects delivering measurable business impact and cost efficiency.
• Establish a global standard for warehouse tendering and maintain an archive of contracts.
• Build strong relations with internal warehouse managers and 3PL partners worldwide.
