Job summary

ECCO is seeking a Warehouse Process Manager to transform our warehousing operations into a strategic capability. You will define and elevate global warehouse processes, work with finance and operations, and help establish ECCO's Global Warehouse Center of Excellence across insourced and outsourced locations.

You will drive standardisation, performance benchmarking, and continuous improvement, partnering with 3PLs and internal teams to deliver measurable value and a clear 3-year improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehousing or distribution operations.
• Experience driving process optimisation, standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Strong project management skills and ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel; SAP and BI tools are advantageous.
• A relevant degree and professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve global warehouse processes across ECCO's network.
• Develop and implement a robust warehouse performance framework with KPIs.
• Lead tendering and contract activities with 3PL partners.
• Create a 3-year roadmap for global warehouse process improvements.
• Collaborate with warehouse managers and cross-functional teams worldwide.
