Qualifications

• Experience with process optimisation, automation and digital transformation in a complex business environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including hands-on Power BI and data storytelling.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python and comfortable with large data sets and modern data platforms.
• Understanding of supply chain processes, planning or inventory disciplines, or willingness to deepen expertise.
• Excellent communication in English with stakeholders at varying levels of technical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process optimisation and digitalisation solutions independently and with IT and Data & AI teams.
• Build and maintain automated data flows, reporting solutions and dashboards to improve transparency and support decision-making.
• Drive advanced analytics, KPI frameworks and deep-dive business analyses to uncover opportunities and support strategic priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Power BI, Python and digital solutions to strengthen data literacy across Global Value Chain.
• Lead communication, training and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
