Job summary

ECCO HQ in Bredebro is seeking a Global Network Planner to ensure products are planned, shipped and delivered in line with customer expectations across the global network.

You will be part of the Global Fulfilment Network team, collaborating with production, distribution centres, forwarders and markets, balancing execution with analysis and driving continuous optimisation of distribution flows.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, planning or similar operational environment.
• Comfortable with data and reporting tools and strong analytical skills.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions and cultures.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage several priorities.
• Confident English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan supply based on forecast and market coordination.
• Pack, ship and deliver according to plans for timely, cost-efficient deliveries.
• Coordinate with forwarders and track performance.
• Monitor production availability, stock developments and shipping forecasts; manage deviations and risks.
• Collaborate with production, distribution centres, forwarders and markets to ensure high service levels and on-time delivery.
• Develop, maintain and improve Power BI reports and reporting structures for operational decision-making.
• Drive optimisation initiatives and support development of new distribution flows and processes across the network.
