Working in a collaborative and international environment, you will partner with colleagues across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Global Market Fulfilment and regional planning teams, as well as stakeholders from Category Management, IT, SAP and Data & AI.

As our new Demand Process Expert, you will help strengthen and optimise how we forecast demand, manage inventory and enable data-driven decision-making across the business. You will play a key role in our Demand Centre of Excellence initiatives, combining project management, process improvement and analytical expertise to support both strategic development and day-to-day operational excellence.

Specifically, you will:

  • Support and drive Demand Centre of Excellence initiatives across planning and forecasting processes.
  • Lead Inventory management programs, develop KPI framework, and performance tracking.
  • Facilitate alignment of planning approaches, templates and documentation across global functions and regions.
  • Develop analytical dashboards & other reporting that support short and long-term business decisions.
  • Act as a trusted process and project management partner, helping colleagues strengthen data literacy and ways of working.
Turn data and processes into meaningful business improvements

To succeed in this role, you enjoy working in collaboration with other departments & at the intersection of business processes, data analytics, and digital solutions. You are naturally curious, comfortable navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and motivated by creating structure and continuous improvements.

We imagine that you:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Data Engineering or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience.
  • Have solid end-to-end supply chain knowledge, including demand planning and inventory optimisation.
  • Bring experience with project management, analytics, and data visualization.
  • Have working knowledge of SQL and/or Python, while experience with Power BI, SAP, Snowflake or Anaplan is an advantage.
  • Communicate confidently in English and can translate data into clear and engaging insights.
Join a team that connects data, planning and business impact

This is an opportunity to work with colleagues across the globe and influence how ECCO plans for the future. You will be part of a team that values knowledge sharing, collaboration and continuous improvement. We encourage new ideas, support professional development and believe the best solutions are created when different perspectives come together.

Even if your experience does not match every requirement, we would still love to hear from you. You may be exactly who we are looking for.
