Qualifications

• 10+ years of product-development experience in medical devices or diagnostics.
• Proven leadership of global, multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in regulated environments and design controls.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clinical development roadmap across assays, instruments, software, and integrated workflows.
• Own execution of the product roadmap and commercialization of solutions.
• Lead new product development from concept through design transfer and market launch.
• Ensure programs meet customer, clinical, technical, quality, regulatory, financial, and schedule objectives.
• Align R&D with Product Management, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Quality, Regulatory, Operations and other functions.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and global regulatory requirements.
• Lead portfolio investments, budgeting, and risk management.
• Build a high-performing global R&D organization and drive digitization and process improvement.
• Represent Clinical R&D with customers, scientific leaders, and external partners.
