Agilent Technologies Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President of Clinical R&D to lead the global organization responsible for developing clinical diagnostic solutions.

Based in Glostrup, this leader will drive execution of the clinical development roadmap across assays, instruments, software, and integrated workflows. The role requires a strategic, results-driven leader with a strong record in product development within regulated environments, and excellent executive communication to engage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant scientific, engineering, software, or technical discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of product-development experience in medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• At least seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global, multidisciplinary teams and launch complex products.
• Own execution of the product roadmap across assays, instruments, software, and integrated workflows.
• Ensure programs meet customer, clinical, technical, quality, regulatory, and schedule objectives.
• Align R&D with Product Management, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Manufacturing.
