Your impact begins here
As Trial Insights Manager in Trial Performance Insights, you will lead the analysis that shapes where global Phase I–IV clinical trials run. You will turn data from multiple sources into clear, evidence-based country allocation recommendations for trial planners and Clinical Operations teams. Your work will inform feasibility, enrolment forecasts and operational decisions, helping trials start on solid ground and move forward at pace for people living with serious chronic diseases.
You will act as a lead analytical contributor in trial support, running complex analyses and selected projects with trial planners, Clinical Operations and stakeholders inside and outside TP-AP.
You will join Trial Performance Insights in Research & Development, where colleagues bring together curiosity, data, technology and collaboration to help advance scientific ideas into clinical testing.
Your closest partners will be trial planners and Clinical Operations teams, who rely on your analysis to make country allocation and feasibility decisions. You will also work with colleagues in TP-AP, Global Trial Allocation and related R&D functions to align on assumptions, share better practice and develop common analytical standards. The work covers global trials, so you will bring different perspectives together, create clarity and help teams move from insight to decision.
You will work on complex questions with real influence on how trials are planned. You are trusted to own your work, make your voice heard and shape the standards and tools your colleagues use. You will grow through hands‑on project delivery, collaboration across R&D functions and the chance to coach colleagues, in an environment that supports you to perform at your best.
