Job summary

ABENA is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Supply Chain to own our global transport and distribution setup. You will shape contracts, challenge carriers, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value across markets.

You will take ownership of outsourced transport, monitor performance, and drive cost and service improvements while aligning procurement, warehousing and distribution in a truly global framework.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with global transport setups across road, sea, and air
• Proven track record in leading high-performing teams
• Solid stakeholder management from order to delivery
• Experience with tenders and contract negotiations for logistics
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain flows and cost optimization

Responsibilities

• Develop ABENA's global transport and distribution strategy across markets
• Review and optimize transport, warehousing (including 3PL), and distribution practices
• Lead transport tenders and contract negotiations across road, sea, and air
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, service levels, and logistics capabilities
• Drive cost optimization and performance management across providers and ABENA's fleet
• Oversee day-to-day transport operations and KPI monitoring
