Job summary

ABENA is seeking a Global Program Director – Digital Transformation to drive the ONE Horizon SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will help standardize end-to-end processes, implement across markets and modernize the technology platform that supports global operations.

Reporting to the CEO, you will establish governance, lead a five-person PMO, strengthen the Business Process Owner network, and ensure disciplined execution with clear decision rights across functions and markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Program Director or Transformation Director with end-to-end responsibility for major international programs.
• Strong experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations across multiple countries.
• Experience from an operationally complex business, ideally within manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain, distribution or logistics.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and governance structures, including Business Process Owner networks.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the execution of ABENA’s global ONE Horizon SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Establish and enforce effective program governance and create transparency on scope, risks and delivery.
• Lead and develop the PMO team.
• Drive clarification, ownership and standardization of core end-to-end processes across functions and markets, facilitating cross-functional workshops to build alignment.
