Qualifications

• Led people and technology project teams for 8-10 years in packing/packaging.
• Organized and delivered technology, automation or industrial projects.
• Established project objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Managed project plans, milestones, resources, risks and deviations.
• Identified opportunities for cost savings through technology, automation and innovation.
• Led automation/digitalization initiatives delivering savings and performance.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing or industrial tech environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management across global orgs.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel internationally – 8-10 weeks yearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global Technology Projects team of 14.
• Deliver strategic Packing Technology projects achieving quality, timing and outcomes.
• Establish clear project expectations, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Review and approve project plans, milestones, resources at decision points.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, risks and corrective actions.
• Encourage automation and technology solutions to save costs and increase throughput.
• Lead technology development and automation projects delivering innovative packing solutions.
• Build partnerships with strategic suppliers ensuring quality and delivery.
• Establish governance and best practices across the global team.
• Share priorities and resources across Platform Technology department.
