Job summary

Cabinplant in Denmark is seeking a Technical Instructor & Academy Manager to build and lead our global training academy. You will translate complex machinery knowledge into accessible learning for employees, customers, and partners.

You will design training programmes, develop materials, and collaborate with service technicians and technical specialists to elevate competence across the organization. Fluent Danish and English are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical training, education, or instruction in a technical/engineering setting.
• Strong technical understanding, particularly of mechanical systems.
• Hands-on environments and close work with machinery.
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programmes.
• Create structured training materials and content.
• Plan and conduct training sessions for employees, customers, and external partners.
• Translate technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences.
• Support learning methodologies and educational structures.
• Collaborate with service technicians and technical specialists.
• Prepare training documentation and certificates for completed programmes.
• Contribute to ongoing development of the technical academy.
