Job summary

Vestas is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead manufacturing test solution projects across global factory sites, R&D and Construction. You will ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders worldwide.

The role requires proven experience managing complex technical projects in manufacturing, with an engineering degree and knowledge of testing and QA processes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex technical or engineering projects.
• Knowledge of testing, verification, quality assurance processes.
• Experience in safety-critical or highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Scope new projects, create resource estimates and secure resources.
• Lead multiple technical projects supporting manufacturing test solutions.
• Drive implementation and deployment of test solutions across sites.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing PE, R&D, Quality, and factory stakeholders globally.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope and quality standards.
• Support industrialization, tech transfers and new product introductions.
• Manage project risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
