Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Head of Process & System Training to build a global human capability system that enables world-class performance in Manufacturing & Operations. You will own standards for workforce qualification, certification, and capability progression, and lead operator programs, leadership journeys, and knowledge transfer to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing capability development.
• Experience in industrial training and capability development.
• Experience with multi-plant environments and diverse cultures.
• Proven project and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Experience developing blue-collar and leadership populations.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the Manufacturing Capability System with global standards.
• Design and optimize operator development programs and learning validation.
• Lead technical capability growth through certification programs and communities.
• Design and lead leadership development journeys for manufacturing leaders.
• Build VPS leadership capabilities and succession readiness.
• Establish systems for knowledge capture and learning effectiveness.
• Partner with VPS, Lean, and Digital Manufacturing teams to drive transformation.
