Job description

Would you like to shape the future of ECCO’s global supply chain by turning complex processes and data into smarter digital solutions?

Join ECCO’s Global Value Chain department and play a key role in strengthening how we work with process optimisation, analytics and digitalisation across our end-to-end supply chain. Here, you will help create the foundation for better decisions, more efficient processes and a stronger data-driven culture across the business.

Transform supply chain processes through data and digitalization

Based at ECCO HQ in Bredebro, you will join our Quantified Supply Chain team within Global Value Chain. Working closely with colleagues across Supply Planning, Market Fulfilment, S&OP, Forwarding and Distribution Network, you will help drive continuous improvements across our global operations.

In ECCO, we manage our supply chain from end to end. As we continue our digitalisation journey, we are looking for someone who can connect business processes, data and technology, transforming opportunities into practical solutions that create value. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, including IT, Data & AI, SAP teams and business leaders, helping ensure that data and digital tools become an integral part of how we work and make decisions.

Specifically, you will:

  • Develop and implement process optimisation and digitalisation solutions independently and in collaboration with business, IT and Data & AI teams.
  • Build and maintain automated data flows, reporting solutions and dashboards that improve transparency and support decision-making.
  • Drive advanced analytics, KPI frameworks and deep-dive business analyses to uncover opportunities and support strategic priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on Power BI, Python and digital solutions, helping strengthen data literacy across Global Value Chain.
  • Lead communication, training and stakeholder engagement activities to support successful adoption of new processes and tools.
Create insights that support better business decisions

This role combines technical expertise with business understanding. Success comes from your ability to understand supply chain processes, identify optimisation opportunities and communicate insights in a way that inspires action.

You enjoy digging into data, challenging existing ways of working and turning complexity into clarity. At the same time, you know that lasting improvements are created through collaboration and strong stakeholder relationships.

To thrive in this role, we imagine that you:

  • Have experience with process optimisation, automation and digital transformation in a complex business environment.
  • Bring strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including hands‑on experience with Power BI and data storytelling.
  • Have working knowledge of SQL and Python and feel comfortable working with large datasets and modern data platforms.
  • Understand supply chain processes, planning or inventory-related disciplines, or are motivated to deepen your expertise within these areas.
  • Communicate confidently in English and can engage stakeholders with different levels of technical understanding.
Help shape the next chapter of our digital supply chain journey

You will join a collaborative team where curiosity, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. We value new ideas and encourage initiative, giving you the opportunity to influence how we work with analytics, automation and digitalisation across the organisation.

This is a role with broad exposure across ECCO’s global value chain, allowing you to build a strong network while developing both your technical and business capabilities. If you are excited by the prospect of making a visible impact and helping shape the future of supply chain decision-making, we would love to hear from you.
