Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Principal/Sr Principal for Global Strategic Advisory Consulting to lead high‑impact engagements with life sciences clients. You will shape strategy, technology, and operations programs, partnering with VP+ stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

You will drive client satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and manage revenue targets while mentoring teams and advancing the DTAS advisory portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree or MBA not required but advantageous.
• Minimum 12 years’ professional experience in consulting or life sciences.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering client engagements.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional client engagements and integrated solutions for life sciences clients.
• Build trusted partnerships with VP+ stakeholders and foster revenue growth.
• Translate emerging technologies like AI/ML into strategic client implications and proposals.
• Develop high‑impact, tailored proposals and identify follow‑on opportunities.
