IQVIA in Copenhagen is seeking an Associate Director, Value & Access Consulting to lead strategic client engagements across Denmark and the Nordics, focusing on market access, reimbursement, HTA, and health economics. You will blend scientific evidence with commercial insight to shape payer strategies and evidence generation.

The role combines senior client guidance with hands-on project leadership, team mentorship, and a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships with life sciences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; master's preferred.
• 8–12 years in life sciences, consulting, market access, HTA, HEOR, pricing or reimbursement.
• Strong Denmark market access expertise.
• Experience in one or more Nordic markets is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements on market access, reimbursement, HTA, and pricing strategy.
• Deliver high-quality consulting projects across Denmark and the Nordics.
• Manage cross-functional project teams with excellence in delivery and client satisfaction.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Contribute to business growth via business development and proposals.
• Mentor colleagues and develop capabilities within the team.
