Responsibilities

• Assist in administration and governance of GEA's social media ecosystem.
• Support onboarding, training and support related to social media tools and processes.
• Help manage GEA's global social media account inventory.
• Support employee advocacy and social media enablement initiatives.
• Assist with social media reporting by collecting and analyzing performance data.
• Explore automation and AI-supported solutions to improve workflows.
• Monitor platform developments and changes impacting business use.
