Job summary

You will work on projects from design to optimisation, collaborating with production teams and management, and you will travel internationally. Fluency in business English is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (marine/production or related).
• Solid hands-on shipyard experience.
• Proven experience in shipbuilding, ship maintenance, or ship management.
• Strong understanding of shipyard processes including production, planning, and maintenance.
• Willingness to engage in international advisory and development projects.
• Fluent business English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational advisory to shipyards and shipyard management.
• Contribute to the development and application of production and maintenance concepts.
• Participate in client projects within design, MRO, and shipyard optimisation.
• Support sales and proposal activities with strong technical reliability.
• Engage with both technical stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
• Assess shipyard processes, capacities, and improvement potential.
• Represent the company in international settings.
